Advantage of Test Requisition
■ Upon request of tests from companies in distant locations, who can’t show up at the working sites, we provide:
- (1) Test work procedure and test report
- (2) Test promises layout plan
- (3) For complicated process tests or other tests requiring skilled and experienced workers, we will send one or more retiree members of major manufacturing companies to the sites to set up the test procedures.
■ Daily report of test results on or before the end of the following day, including update on test summary reports.
■ Payment is available in JPY, RMB or USD to a couple of bank accounts we have for our group companies
■ Anyone who requests us to work with is required to enter into a technical and confidential information agreement with us.
Advantage of Entrusted Work
■ Assigned workers have practiced in our Safety and Health Education (5S).
■ The 5S education is provided by the workers who have completed Executive Education Program (RST).
■ A supervisor will be assigned to an entrusted work which needs a larger workforce than originally planned.
■ A workforce administration table is prepared for an entrusted work which needs a larger workforce than originally planned, and we have some reserve workers to replace workers who do not show up for some reasons.
